Re:Action International is a project based charity, currently raising funds for an orphanage in Indonesia and two schools in Sudan. I am working with the charity to drive it's corporate relations programmes and other fund raising activities. The first step in working with this client was to understand it's propositions and then to brainstorm the activities that would contribute towards its fund raising targets. I am now focussing on delivering a suitable stream of funding and to build a better awareness of the charity.

Granit is an architects practice based in Battersea, South London. When I joined Granit it didn't have a structured marketing strategy in place. One of the first tasks was to conduct a marketing audit before developing a plan for growth. Along with putting a strategy with targets and measures in place, there is now a proactive communication function. This incorporates everything from PR, Payperclick advertising, events and website marketing.

Xerox, the global printing technology and services company, has employed me as consultant on its European executive speaking programme. This essentially means I sell Xerox's key executives as expert speakers to conference organisers across Europe. The aim is to gain credible exposure for Xerox and its executives in front of targeted audiences. This represents great exposure for the company, raising awareness of its brand and the profile of its executives.

Whiteoaks is a PR and communications agency based in Surrey. They have contracted out the management of its speaker bureau services to me for its client ETT - a Worldwide network and telecoms company. I am responsible for managing its research programme and ensuring a suitable supply of opportunities are sourced. Like Xerox, ETT find this a valuable method for building awareness in the industry and with its customers.

Kent Scuba is a PADI 5 Star scuba diving company based in Margate, Kent. It has a three pronged business model: diver training, equipment retail and a travel business. I am working with the team at Kent Scuba to drive up sales in all three areas, mainly through online marketing techniques but the campaign will likely encompass PR, direct mail and telemarketing programmes as it progresses. The first step with this client was to conduct a marketing audit in order to understand the platform we had to grow on. Much of my work with this client is consultancy with the client taking the hands on execution work.

Based in Wandsworth, London, the company has an established reputation for providing a quality product, something it is very proud of. Foundation Marketing has been contracted on two fronts, to refurbish of the company's existing website - which has been untouched for 7 years - and to conduct a marketing audit at a strategic and tactical level.
